Clinical Research Hamburg is an ambulatory investigation (SMO) in the eastern part of Hamburg city. On behalf of the researching pharmaceutical industry (sponsor) and assigning researching institutes (CRO), we carry out clinical studies of phases II, III and IV.

The managing investigator and director of Clinical Research Hamburg Dr. Axel Holst (PhD) has successfully completed studies of the indications arthrosis, rheumatism, pain and osteology in his own orthopaedics practice since 1998.

Clinical Research Hamburg was founded in February 2004. Since then, we have completed studies in numerous indications. An overall view is to be found under „references” soon.

Clinical Research Hamburg is equipped with all contemporary communication media. We do dispose of the following diagnostics units: 12-channel-ECG,  pulmonary test device, two laboratories with centrifuge, refrigerators and freezers (temperature-controlled), a DXA-bone density gauge.

While cooperating with a large radiological centre in immediate vicinity, we are in a position to offer the entirety of  projecting procedures such as X-ray, ultra sound, scintigraphy, computer tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scanner.

We have experience with electronic documentation (EDC, eCRF); study administration by telecommunication systems and internet is at hand. LKP (Managing investigator’s clinical study) can be made.

As a matter of principle, investigator meetings are being attended by an investigator or a study nurse from our part.  

Feasibility enquiries are being dealt with by us quickly and extensively and replies sent back.
